SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES

REGULAR RETURNS   

Customer must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning merchandise.  Call 866 497-1822

                                                                                                                                                               

When you receive your order, please inspect the merchandise.  Save the packaging in case you need to return the merchandise. All manuals, brochures, and accessories must be returned  We ask that you return unused purchases within 30 days  for a refund of the original price less the shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee.

DEFECTIVE RETURNS

Claims on defective returns must be reported immediately. Call us at 866 497-1822.  No credits will be issued for defective returns.  Only an exchange is allowed.

REFUSED RETURNS

Refused orders will be credited minus shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders will be cancelled by e-mail or fax within 3 business days after being placed. If an order is unable to be cancelled, it will be credited as a regular return.

ALL RETURNS

Returns must be shipped prepaid.
