Products can be returned within 15 days. Please email us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) Provide your order invoice number. Along with your original package, manuals, parts, and cover letter include your RMA# and credit card number. For security reasons, your credit card number is not kept on file, and we require it for a refund less shipping charges.
HOW DO YOU HANDLE REPLACING DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE?
Please email us a request for an Exchange Merchandise Authorization Number (EMA#) including your order invoice number. After you receive the EMA#, send the package to us with the
original box and contents, a cover letter, and the EMA#. We will re-ship another product to you.
